This Ethiopian restaurant invites you to embark on a flavorful journey that promises to excite your senses and leave you craving more. The name "Mesob" is derived from the traditional Ethiopian table used for sharing meals, and this philosophy of communal dining is deeply integrated into their vibrant experience.
Located at Passeig Comte de Vilardaga, 97, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat, this restaurant is known for its warm ambiance and welcoming staff, creating an atmosphere where guests feel like family. Many visitors, like Judy Dion, have praised the restaurant for not just meeting but exceeding their expectations after a week of traditional Spanish cuisine. With a menu rich in well-spiced dishes and addictive injera, every plate is a masterpiece waiting to be savored.
The highlights of the menu include iconic dishes such as Doro Wat, a sumptuous, spicy chicken stew simmered to perfection, and Kitfo, a flavorful minced beef delicacy that showcases the authenticity of Ethiopian cuisine. Diners have raved about the Tibs, featuring tender beef or lamb sautéed with fresh vegetables, and Shiro, a creamy chickpea stew that pairs exquisitely with the spongy injera.

This was our last meal in Spain after a ten day trip from the US. We all were looking for something different from the traditional food we had all week. Not only did this hit the spot, it blew us away. Well spiced dishes, and addictive injera. Service was friendly and helpful and very sympathetic to our limited Spanish. I wish I could come here again!

My Favorite Ethiopian Spot in Town! This restaurant is hands-down one of the best dining experiences you’ll find in the area. If you’ve never had Ethiopian food, you’re missing out—and this place will win you over instantly. The food comes served on injera, a big, spongy flatbread made from teff flour that you use to scoop up everything (no forks needed!). It’s perfect for sharing, which makes it amazing for groups—family dinners, nights out with friends, or even work gatherings. Now, the dishes… absolutely incredible: Doro Wat – the king of Ethiopian food! A rich, spicy chicken stew with boiled eggs, simmered in berbere, a signature Ethiopian spice blend made from chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and other warming spices. Comforting and packed with flavor. Kitfo – minced beef mixed with spiced butter and chili (can be raw or lightly cooked). A true delicacy. Tibs – tender beef or lamb sautéed with onions, peppers, and spices. Smoky and delicious. Shiro – creamy, spicy chickpea or lentil stew that’s perfect for scooping up with injera. Add in their wine, spirits, and the best Ethiopian coffee outside Ethiopia, and you’ve got a full cultural experience in one meal. The coffee alone is worth the visit—strong, rich, and served in true Ethiopian style. The staff is warm and welcoming, the service is great, and every visit feels like more than just dinner—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s authentic, flavorful, and perfect for group dining, this is it!
